Q1: What stainless steel grades are available for this flat blade?
A1: We mainly supply 304, 316L and 420 stainless steel. 420 is recommended if higher hardness and sharp cutting edge are required.

Q2: What surface finish is used for this flat blade?
A2: We apply standard surface finish Ra0.8-1.0μm for this product. If you have special high polishing requirements, please inform us in advance for separate process evaluation and quotation.

Q3: Can we customize the size and edge shape of the blade?
A3: Yes, blade thickness, width, total length and cutting edge shape are customizable within our processing capacity under ±0.02mm tolerance. Please provide technical drawings for feasibility evaluation.

Q4: How do you handle burrs on the cutting edge?
A4: After laser cutting and forming, multi-step grinding, deburring and cleaning procedures will be carried out. Each finished blade will be inspected to remove micro-burrs.

Q5: Can you provide custom samples? What information needs confirmation before sample production?
A5: Custom samples are available for cutting performance test. Before sample order, we need to confirm material grade, dimension parameters, edge requirement and surface finish. Sample cost depends on processing complexity, mass production can start after sample specification confirmation.
