A1: We mainly supply 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L is recommended for damp or corrosive measuring medium to achieve better anti‑corrosion performance. Special material options are supported as per your drawing, which will result in higher cost and extended production lead‑time.

Q2: What surface finish do you apply for this temperature sensor probe?
A2: For general temperature measurement scenarios, smooth standard finish is adopted by default. For food‑grade or high‑cleanliness application, we can provide Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing treatment with extra processing cost. Surface treatment can be adjusted according to actual application.

Q3: Which parameters of this temperature probe can be customized?
A3: Tube outer diameter, inner diameter, total length, piercing tip shape, rear long‑slot width and depth are all customizable within our processing capacity under ±0.02mm tolerance. Please provide technical drawings for feasibility assessment.

Q4: How do you handle burrs generated from long‑slot cutting?
A4: After laser cutting for rear long slot, multi‑step internal and external deburring and cleaning procedures will be carried out. Every finished probe will be inspected to remove micro‑burrs, preventing scratch damage to internal sensor parts during installation.

Q5: Can you provide custom samples of temperature probe? What items should be confirmed before sample production?
A5: Custom samples are available for sensor assembly test and performance verification. Before sample order, we need to confirm material grade, tube dimension parameters, rear long‑slot specification and surface finish requirement. Sample cost is calculated based on processing complexity, mass production can be arranged after sample specification confirmation.
