A1: Our mainstream raw materials are medical grade 304 and 316L stainless steel, which possess reliable corrosion resistance and mechanical property for most endoscopic devices. For special scenarios requiring super elasticity, we can also support Nitinol nickel‑titanium alloy material according to your drawing requirements. Please kindly note that special alloy will bring extra material cost and longer production lead time, we will evaluate and inform you before formal quotation.

Q2: What surface finish standard will you apply for this snake bone tube product? Can we upgrade to high gloss polishing?
A2: For snake bone tubes and most non‑sampling needle products, we adopt standard ordinary surface finish as default. The Ra value of ordinary finish is controlled around 0.8‑1.0μm. High‑grade polishing below Ra 0.2μm is our standard requirement only for sampling needles which directly contact liquid reagent. If your project has strict requirement on inner and outer surface smoothness for this snake bone tube, we can upgrade to Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing treatment, while extra processing cost will be generated accordingly.

If you have special requirement for font and depth of marking, please provide relevant reference information for our pre‑production confirmation.
