Q: Can slot parameters and sandblast effect be adjusted as requested?
A: Yes, outer diameter, wall thickness, slot size, slot position, sandblast roughness and overall tube length can all be customized based on customer drawings or samples.

Q: What is your standard dimensional tolerance for this slotted support tube?
A: Our standard production tolerance is ±0.02mm. Higher precision tolerance can be achieved after confirming technical drawings.

Q: Will sandblasting operation affect tube dimensional accuracy?
A: We control sandblast process parameters strictly. The material removal is minimal and will not interfere with key dimension within tolerance range. Special requirements shall be marked on drawings.

Q: Do you provide sterilization service for this support tube component?
A: These are precision metal semi‑finished parts. We do not offer sterilization service. Customers shall complete sterilization before final end‑use application.
