A1: The permanent laser marking scale allows operators to visually observe the insertion depth in real time. It helps achieve consistent puncture depth, avoid over-penetration and improve the safety and repeatability of sampling or injection procedures.

Q2: Will the laser scale marking fall off or fade after repeated cleaning and disinfection?
A1: The graduation lines are directly engraved into the metal surface instead of surface printing. The markings will not peel or fade after high-temperature disinfection, ultrasonic cleaning and long-term repeated use.

Q3: Can I customize the scale interval, scale position and lancet tip angle on the needle?
A3: Yes, we support full OEM customization. We can adjust the distance between each scale mark, the starting position of the scale, lancet bevel angle, needle outer diameter and tube length according to your technical drawings.

Q4: What stainless steel grades are available for this graduated lancet needle?
A4: We adopt SUS304 and SUS316L stainless steel raw materials. SUS316L performs better against corrosion, which is more suitable for working environments with long-term contact with body fluids and chemical reagents.

Q5: Is the needle lumen completely burr-free after tip grinding and laser marking?
A5: We perform internal and external deburring and polishing after all machining processes. All sharp residual edges are removed to prevent tissue scraping and prevent contaminants from accumulating inside the needle channel.
