A1: We mainly supply 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L offers better corrosion resistance for repeated disinfection scenarios.

Q2: What surface finish is used for this long veterinary needle?
A2: We apply standard surface finish Ra0.8-1.0μm for this product. If you have special high polishing requirements, please inform us in advance for separate process evaluation and quotation.

Q3: Can we adjust needle length, gauge and tip style?
A3: Yes, needle outer diameter, total length, bevel angle and luer connector size are customizable within our processing capacity under ±0.02mm tolerance. Please provide technical drawings for feasibility evaluation.

Q4: How do you handle burrs on the lancet tip and tube inner wall?
A4: After tube cutting and tip grinding, multi-step deburring and cleaning procedures will be carried out. Each finished needle will be inspected to remove micro-burrs.

Q5: Can you provide custom samples? What information needs confirmation before sample production?
A5: Custom samples are available for injection and assembly test. Before sample order, we need to confirm material grade, dimension parameters, tip requirement and surface finish. Sample cost depends on processing complexity, mass production can start after sample specification confirmation.
