Q1: What stainless steel grades are available for this slotted‑tail bottle piercing needle?
A1: We mainly adopt medical‑grade 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L is highly recommended if the needle contacts chemical reagent or pharmaceutical liquid. Special material can be processed according to your drawing, which will cause higher cost and longer production lead‑time.

Q2: What surface finish do you apply for this bottle piercing access needle?
A2: Since this needle works for liquid extraction, Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing is our standard finish to reduce liquid residue. If your working condition does not require ultra‑smooth surface, Ra0.8‑1.0μm ordinary finish is also available for option.

A5: Custom samples are supported for piercing test and assembly verification. Before sample order, we should confirm material grade, dimension parameters, tail‑slot requirement and surface finish.
