Q1: What material options are available for this solid pen‑tip needle with metal base?
A1: We mainly provide medical‑grade 304 and 316L stainless steel. For special applications requiring higher hardness or corrosion resistance, we can also support other stainless steel grades according to your drawing. Special materials may lead to higher cost and longer lead‑time.

Q2: What surface finish do you apply for this solid pen‑tip needle?
A2: For general piercing and positioning use, we adopt ordinary smooth surface finish by default. If the needle will contact liquid reagent, body fluid or require ultra‑clean surface, we can upgrade to Ra ≤0.2μm high polishing with extra processing cost.

A3: Yes, the conical tip angle, tip sharpness, needle diameter, base outer diameter, base height and mounting structure are all customizable within our processing capacity, with standard tolerance ±0.02mm. Please provide technical drawing for formal evaluation.
