FAQ:

Q1: What stainless steel grades are available for this purple hub coaxial needle?
A1: Medical grade 304 and 316 stainless steel are standard tube materials. Batch material test certificates can be provided for medical device registration and quality traceability. Special alloy materials are acceptable upon your request.

Q2: What dimensional tolerances can you achieve for cannula and purple hub assembly?
A2: Key dimensions including outer diameter, inner bore and wall thickness can reach precision tolerance up to ±0.02mm. Luer hub assembly complies with standard interface specifications. Final tolerance depends on your drawing requirements.

Q3: Can secondary processes such as laser depth marking, side hole drilling and tip grinding be finished in-house?
A3: Yes, laser depth marking, side hole processing, tip angle grinding and plastic hub assembly are all completed in-house, effectively avoiding quality risks brought by external subcontracting.

Q4: Are these purple hub coaxial needles supplied sterile? What sterilization modes are compatible?
A4: No. All our needles are supplied non sterile as machined components. We are a supplier of precision metal components and do not provide sterilization service. Sterilization validation, process qualification, biocompatibility testing, labeling and regulatory approval for the finished product shall be completed by the purchaser who acts as the device manufacturer or brand owner.

Q5: What are sample and bulk production lead-times? What inspection documents can you provide?
A5: Custom sample lead-time is 7-12 working days according to structural complexity. Bulk production lead-time will be confirmed after drawing approval. Dimension inspection reports and batch traceability documents can be offered as requested.
