A1: We commonly supply 304 and 316 stainless steel. We can also select martensitic stainless steel for higher hardness requirement upon your specification.

Q2: Can I adjust the taper angle of the pen tip section?
A2: Yes. The taper angle, tip point diameter and tip length are fully adjustable. Please mark exact parameters on your technical drawing.

Q3: What tolerance can be achieved for shoulder and tip dimension?
A3: Critical dimension tolerance can reach ±0.01mm. Non-critical features follow ±0.03mm, all controlled strictly per drawing requirements.

Q4: Do you accept sample order for verification test?
A4: Sample production is supported. Sample cost and lead time are determined by structure complexity and dimension. Please send drawing for exact quotation.
