Precision machined tail slot meets clamping and locking requirements for assembly, slot edge is fully deburred without sharp residual.

Inner and outer surface electrolytic polished, avoids particle contamination for liquid transfer and laboratory application scenarios.

Tube outer diameter, inner bore, slot width, slot length and overall length can be fully customized based on customer drawings or samples.

Q1: What material options for this slotted tail vial piercing needle? 
A1: We mainly adopt 304 and 316L stainless steel. 316L is more recommended for liquid contact laboratory or medical application.

Q2: Can we adjust slot width and slot length at the tail section? 
A2: Yes. Slot width, slot depth and slot length are all customizable. Please mark exact slot parameters on your technical drawing.

Q3: Will the tail slot produce burrs after cutting process? 
A3: We apply secondary deburring process after slot cutting. Slot inner and outer edges are clean without burrs to prevent particle dropping.
