Q: Do you guarantee the needle is leak-proof?
A: Yes. Leak resistance is one of the key features of our inkjet needles. Each needle undergoes strict airtightness testing before shipment, including a high-pressure air pressure decay test. Additional leak inspection can also be provided upon request. The precision-machined tube and laser-welded joint help ensure reliable sealing performance, minimizing ink leakage, backflow, and air intrusion during operation.
2. Strength of the Thin Needle
Q: The needle has an OD of only 1.6 mm and an ID of 1.2 mm. Is it easy to bend or break?
A: No. Although the needle has a very thin wall, it is manufactured from high-quality stainless steel and processed with precision heat treatment and strengthening technology. It offers excellent toughness and fatigue resistance, making it suitable for continuous industrial applications while maintaining dimensional stability.
